MyFerryLink's ships were bought by the Eurotunnel group (operator of the Eurotunnel car trains through the Channel Tunnel) from the failed SeaFrance operation. Following a lengthy process of hearings and appeals the Commission has decided this gives Eurotunnel an unfair advantage on the Dover Calais route. All bookings for travel after 2nd July will be transferred to another operator, please call us MyFerryLink on 0844 2482 100 to discuss options if you have a booking for travel after 2nd July.

Eurotunnel car trains (The Shuttle) are not affected in any way by this ruling.

Check in for MyFerryLink is at least 30 minutes before departure. If you have a pet with you please allow 45 minutes so the pet passport checks can be carried out. And remember that the check in point is beyond passport and customs checks so allow for any delays thst might be experienced here, although generally, provided your papers are all in order, this is a quick process.
