Camping holidays in Greece must be the ultimate in outdoor living! No country is more blest with superb weather throughout the holiday season, and the campsite at Halkidiki is perfectly placed to take advantage of the weather, enjoying a superb position right on the beach.
Camping Areti is run by a local family and is an excellently maintained site in a lovely peaceful situation. It is a small site, but still boasts two private beaches and some wonderful views! Just off-shore are three small islets to which you can swim and be a castaway for the day.
Accommodation is in luxury bungalow style chalets with everything you need for a civilised and comfortable stay. There's a communal barbecue or the campsite restaurant specialises in delicious Greek cuisine. To help you work up an appetite there are tennis courts and a volleyball court.
The nearest town is Neos Marmaris, about 12 km away, and here you will find plenty of bars. restaurants and shopping opportunities.
The airport is at Thessaloniki 132 km away. From the airport head south towards Nea Moudania, from there follow signs to Nikiti and the Sithonia peninsula, then follow the coastal road south towards Neos Marmaras, Camping Areti is situated 12kms south of Neos Marmaras.
