Drive-Alive does not handle your holiday money. Our website is a portal to give you easy access to everything related to driving holidays in Europe. When you book anything as a result of linking from our website to one of our partners your booking is made directly with them. We take great care to ensure that the companies we feature are sound and reputable.

The payment is made to the company you are booking with. For example if you book a ferry crossing you pay the ferry company. If you hire a car your payment is to the car hire company or broker. It will always be clear to you whom you are booking with. If you have a query or experience a problem with any bookings you should direct your enquiries to the company concerned.

With self-catering properties you will be booking directly with Interhome, the largest supplier of self-catering holiday homes and apartments in Europe.

Hotel bookings are made with the hotel itself, even though we supply the software to enable this booking to be made via the booking engine of our partner booking.com. Any enquiries should be to the hotel.

Because of the above Drive-Alive Holidays Ltd is not ABTA bonded, as this system is mainly for travel agents, and offers protection in the event of a failure of one of their holiday suppliers. We are not ATOL bonded, as this system is only for companies that offer flights, which we do not.

Your Privacy - Any personal information supplied by you to our partners will be stored securely and used only for the purpose of arranging your holiday. It will not be supplied or sold to any third party under any other circumstances.
