At 1742 - 2650 metres, this is a well-known Swiss holiday resort at the end of a valley, 30 km south of Chur. You'll find ski hire, shops, restaurants, bars etc. in the resort. There's an Indoor pool.

Access: motorway Zurich - San Bernardino, exit Chur. Access via a winding, good road. Railway station in the resort. Free bus (winter and summer).

Arosa in summer:

Swimming pool. Tennis, 18 hole golf course, Riding, fitness course, fishing. 2 cable cars, 1 cable cabin, 200 km of walking paths. 62 km of mountain bike tracks.
